Orthotic Insoles (TCI's)

Total Contact Insoles are produced after casting each foot from a foot impression block. The resulting mould is then produced from our vacuum former making the insole fit exactly to the form of the foot.

Cast making

Tony uses casts for Orthopaedic Footwear requirements such as addressing lymphodema, protruding ankle bones, enlarged calf sizes etc..

O'Connor Extensions

Creating a false leg and foot, this enables the sufferer to wear standard footwear on a personalised prosthesis.
